Sprinkle it in the garden, on the grass, and around the foundation of your house. Use inside on pantry shelves, under sinks, closets, on rugs, and in corners and crevices. We ONLY carry the Diatomaceous Earth that is made for pest control. Insects cannot become immune to it, because it's a mechanical insect killer, not a chemical. Insects come in contact with this powder and die of dehydration within 48 hours. Safe for use in kitchens, on carpets and in the area where your pet sleeps. Diatomaceous earth has been used in Asia to control insects for 400 years. Perma-Guard Diatomaceous Earth (DE) is EPA approved and registered for use against indoor and outdoor crawling insects, including cockroaches, ants, bedbugs, fleas, carpet beetles, centipedes, crickets, earwigs, grasshoppers, ticks, scorpions, slugs, and silverfish. For use in cracks, crevices, under and behind appliances, and wall and floor surfaces. DE is odorless and nontoxic. Indoor and Outdoor Application: Sprinkle a light layer of DE in areas where pests frequent, including under stoves, cabinets, sinks, garbage cans, window and door frames, sills, entrance ways, sewer pipes and drains, and in cracks and crevices. Repeat treatment as needed. For Bedbugs: Take apart bed and dust joints and channels. Dust any hollow tubing and the interior framework as well as the mattress and all cracks in the room. For Fleas: Thoroughly dust carpets and pet's bedding and sleeping areas, as well as cracks and baseboards. It also can be rubbed into your pet's fur. For Flies: Thoroughly dust areas where flies frequent (walls, straw bedding, livestock pens). It also can be applied to livestock coat as an insect repellent/contact insecticide.

Perma-Guard D-10 Grain or Seed Storage insecticide is refined from a fresh water Diatomaceous Earth of a particular variety, and has a very high level of purity. Insect control by this material is of a physical nature, not chemical. D-10 kills in nine ways, all physical, but the primary cause of insect death is from dehydration. The success of Perma-Guard D-10 system of protecting grains or seeds from insect damage depends upon lightly coating the outside surface of substantially all kemels with this powder. The most effective protection will be achieved if grain or seed are treated immediately after harvest. For best results, the moisture content of the grain or seed to be treated should be adjusted to no more than about 12% by weight. After treatment the grain or seed should be stored in bulk at a temperature above that required to hatch insect eggs which may be present for a period of time to hatch all insect eggs on the grain or seed. Directions for use: For Commercial Applications: Using standard milling equipment apply seven (7) pounds of this powder directly into each ton of clean, dry grain or seed to be treated and mix thoroughly. A Perma-Guard dispenser consisting of a hopper and variable rate feeder may be used to apply the powder directly onto the grain either at the bottom of an elevator leg or as it is being moved into storage by auger or conveyor belt. For Home Applications: Apply one measuring cupful (2 1/2 ounces by weight) of this material to each 25 pounds of grain to be treated. Mix thoroughly. A pail or other container can be used for mixing. Place grain about three inches deep into container. Sprinkle light coating of this powder over the grain. Repeat process until container is almost filled with grain. Place lid on container. Roll or shake container until powder is thoroughly mixed with the grain. Make sure a very light coating of this powder covers surfaces of substantially all kemels.

A decade after their last hilarious short, the Oscar-winning A Close Shave, Claymation wonders Wallace and Gromit return for a full-length adventure. Daffy scientist Wallace (voiced by Peter Sallis) and his heroic dog Gromit are doing well with their business, Anti-Pesto, a varmint-hunting outfit designed to keep their English town safe from rabbits chomping on prized vegetables. Wallace meets Lady Tottington (Helena Bonham Carter), who appreciates Wallace's humane way of dealing with rabbits (courtesy of the Bun-Vac 6000), and sets up a rivalry with the gun-toting Victor Quartermaine (Ralph Fiennes, enjoying himself more than ever). Creator Nick Park, with co-director/writer Steve Box, delivers a story worthy of the 85-minute running time, although it stretches the act a bit; the formula plays better shorter, but the literally hand-crafted film is a joy to watch. Taking a chapter from classic horror films, a giant were-rabbit is soon on the prowl, and the town is up in arms, what with the annual vegetable contest close at hand. (Anyone who's seen the previous three shorts knows who saves the day.) Never content to do something simply when the extravagant will do, W&G's lives are filled with whimsical Rude Goldberg-style devices, and the opening number showcasing their alarm system is pure Aardman Animation at its finest. Even though there's a new twist here--a few mild sight gags aimed at adults--this G-rated film will delight young and old alike as Park, like team Pixar, seems incapable of making anything but an outstanding film. --Doug Thomas
